Processing Time and Shipping

Each handmade piece is crafted with care, and some take a little longer than others to perfect. Please note that processing time can take between 2-5 days (but usually on the shorter end). Most orders are ready to ship in 24-48hrs.

Domestic orders (U.S. orders) typically take 5-10 business days to arrive once shipped. During high volume times, like the winter holiday season, there may be some delay with the mail carrier. All items will be shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be sent to you.

International orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive once shipped, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that CoCo Made With Love is not responsible for additional VAT and customs charges from your country. The buyer is responsible for those charges. Please note that the tracking information may not update once it has left the United States. But please be reassured your package is still on its way!

Please confirm your shipping address prior to concluding your order. Once the order is place, you cannot change the shipping address. If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. If you have any questions, concerns or special requests regarding processing and shipping, please email me orders@cocowithlove.com.

Unfortunately, CoCo With Love is not responsible for any transit related damages, undelivered package or any other USPS misfortunes. But if such should occur, please email us and let us know. We will try our best to accommodate you.

Request for custom orders

CoCo Made With Love is open to hearing your suggestions for custom orders! Please email me at orders@cocowithlove.com to discuss it and see if we can accommodate.

Because we will be working hard to source and create your custom order, we require payment for each item prior to its completion.

Refund, returns and exchanges

Each piece we send out is as our business name says: Made With Love. But if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return  your item(s) up to 10 days after it’s delivery date. After 10 days, you can exchange the item(s) with a purchase of equal value. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition.To initiate the return or exchange, please email orders@cocowithlove.com.

If you believe there is a defect with your item (not consistent with transit damage) please email us right away with a picture of the item and the packaging.
